A collaborative brew with Bird Friendly London, we conditioned a light cream ale on sumac drupes and rosehips, giving it a gentle tartness and light pink hue.
Brewed up special for the joint meeting of the American Ornithological Society (AOS) and the Society of Canadian Ornithologists–Société des ornithologistes du Canada (SCO–SOC) here in London.
$0.50 from each can goes to support the work of Bird Friendly London.
