Downtown Coconut Brown
First brewed December 2017.
Positioning the working ingredient of beer out front, partnered with a simple but effective hop addition, this malt-focused libation honours the foundation of all beer. Balancing the intense caramel aroma and sweet biscuit notes from Caramunich malt and toasted coconut, with an espresso-like bouquet of coffee and chocolate from Carafa spring barley.
